Located in the Downtown Madison Station Historic District, this site is perfect for a mix of uses that enhance these vibrant assets and serve local neighborhoods. We see great potential in Downtown Madison, having renovated the nearby Mason Chapel CME Church — storied to be the first African American church within the city limits — now Bellehouse Event Venue, a premier indoor-outdoor gathering space.

By having roots firmly planted in Madison, we build authentic relationships with entrepreneurs, artisans, businesses, creatives, and community leaders who shape the neighborhood's future. Through collaboration with neighbors, the city, and arts organizations, we create spaces and programming that strengthen the local economy and foster connection.
